The Nike Air Presto Green Purchase began its journey as being one of the most colorful shoes out in the market. Soon enough, Presto lovers will be able to enjoy all those classics at once.Previously billed as a BEAMS collaboration, this Nike Air Presto is not affiliated with the shop and is instead an energy release from within Nike Sportswear that takes on the “What The” approach that has become much more common over the years. It mashes up some familiar Air Presto colorways from the past, and much like the Air Max 95 that carried the same moniker a year ago, the Nike Air Presto “Greedy” is a homage to…itself. Nike confirms that these are releasing on October 29th globally.

You’ve seen the new Nike Air Presto White Order Mid Utility featuring a weather-resistant construction, but did you know the fall-ready Presto is also available in the shoe’s traditional low-top silhouette? If you’re not feeling the added height and zippers and still wouldn’t mind having a Presto that can keep you protected in the wet and cold weather ahead, Nike Sportswear has you covered with the Air Presto Utility with the same water-sealed construction. Debuting in an all-grey colorway, The ever popular running silhouette once heralded as a ‘t-shirt for your feet’ in the Nike Air Presto is getting the “Greedy” treatment. Shoe Master Japan previewed the mismatched “What The” styling of the upcoming Nike Air Presto “Greedy” on the cover of their latest issue; this Nike Presto takes on the popular and eccentric mash-up colorway where the numerous neoprene panels, overlay cage, tongue, and lining all alternate between shades of royal blue, kelly green, red, black and more to pay homage to some of the Presto’s more recognizable retro colorways.

An unreleased colorway of the Nike Air Presto on Sale has just surfaced, featuring color tones and details never seen before on this Retro model. Originally released in 2000, the Nike Air Presto has re-emerged in the last two years, taking the sneaker community by storm with their wide variety of colors, materials, and styles. This never before seen colorway appears to be equipped with a polyurethane shell covering a layer of colorful stripes. The sneakers also feature an indigo blue neoprene boot, a white midsole, gum soles, and a bright mango orange heel-tab to top off a clean look.

The Nike Air Presto has been one of Nike Sportswear’s most relevant retro offerings for awhile now and you can’t blame people for trying to grab as many colorways – both old and new – of the silhouette once heralded as a ‘t-shirt for your feet’. Now the Nike Presto is back in a crazy new graphic print that falls somewhere between a sunshine gradient, hot lava, and soundwaves. The breathable neoprene upper allows for the Nike Air Presto Black UK Clearance GPX to shine while the black TPU cage does it’s best to not draw any attention away from the multi-color array throughout.

We’re guessing that it’s no coincidence that the Nike Air Presto Discount just happens to be dropping in this color scheme that’s the same as the national colors of Brazil at the same time of the Olympic games in Rio. The host country of this summer’s global games are no doubt the inspiration for this latest Air Presto, featuring a green, blue, and yellow color palette for the mesh construction. With polluted water, controversy in the slums around the Olympic village, and even USA swimmers being robbed, we’re not sure Rio is even anything worth celebrating right now.
